Our Mission
Our mission is to help women grow to be the best that they can be: mentally, physically, spiritually, socially. We are here to support each other, achieve balance in our lives, enjoy fun and fellowship, and growth through our personal boundaries. There is no ceiling we cannot crack. The power of cooperation is exponential.
Our Programs
Gold Star Program: We know you work hard at being the best you can be, and you deserve recognition. Whether you are engaged in self-study, an internship, or service project, each of these contribute to your person-hood and your skill-set. Rising Tide provides objective outside validation and endorsement of your personal efforts to upgrade your skills and abilities. Our team of evaluators will examine your portfolio of self-development endeavors and grant certifications and awards based on your accomplishments.
Guidebook: Our social media and profile platform allows you to post your story, your education, your experience and your qualifications. Your Rising Tide certificates and honors will also be displayed here. You can utilize the Guidebook to showcase your accomplishments and to connect with other members. Should you desire, select employers will have access to your profile when they are looking for candidates to hire.
Starfish Sisterhood: You will be paired with another member for co-mentoring and fellowship. The two of you will meet periodically for deep discussions and relationship building. Pairings are rotated semi-annually, so you have the opportunity to bond with each of your chapter members.
Scholarships: Should your self-improvement efforts require tuition payments to an accredited institution, you will be eligible to apply for scholarships to be awarded on a financial need basis.
Monthly meetings: You will have the opportunity to network with other goal-oriented and progressive women, will hear an interesting speaker and stay connected to the organization. We have goal accountability, encouragement, teaching, and great conversations.
Opportunities for service: We have corporate service projects to contribute to our community. Each project will address a different need in the community and will be unique to your location.
Conferences, trips and events: Some will be informative, some will be inspirational, but all will be fun.
Training and support: Positive psychology and a healthy, productive mindset are important. We emphasize balance and perseverance, and will help you build the life you truly desire.
Entrepreneurship resources, money management coaching and career development: We want you to be as free as you can be. Financial independence is a prerequisite to personal freedom.
Book club: Learning together is powerful. We will study a self-development book corporately, to share insights and understanding, examining how we can implement the new information into our lives.
