You will be able to build your profile highlighting your story, your skills, your aspirations, your education, experience and accomplishments.  You will also be able to display your Gold Star Awards and endorsements. 

All opportunity and blessings ultimately originate with other people.  The richer and more varied your network is, the more valuable & powerful it is.  The Guidebook is where we will be able to harness the power of networking and cooperation in a way that is unique to the Rising Tide Leadership Alliance.

The Guidebook will be private—only paid members and select employers will be able to view your profile and communicate with you through the platform.   It is only one of the many advantages you will enjoy with membership, but it may be the most powerful.
